My experience was great! We were taken care of by Kaitlyn. She was very kind, extremely helpful, and really took her time to show us everything we wanted to see. Told us about our free pandora and even told us that the charms are done by hand! I never knew that before. Very thoughtful detail to share. Again, I had a wonderful experience with Kaitlyn.
