We had to do an exchange of some earrings that I had purchased past the return time. My daughter had an allergic reaction to them which is strange. The manager went ahead and let us exchange them since she knows we are frequent customers. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Immediately upon entrance, I was greeted by Henesis. It was my first time at Pandora and she guided me perfectly. Her customer service was amazing and she was so very patient with me. Even took the extra time to measure me for rings when I asked.

It was very nice. The lady named Monica was very sweet. The stay there was very fast, I didn’t even have to wait in line. The jewelry was very pretty
