It was a fast and easy process. I knew what I wanted and an associate was quick to help me find it. I was in a rush so it was very appreciative.

The sales lady was very friendly she took the time to clean my bracelet without me asking her, she helped me with my charm issue. I’m a little disappointed in the quality of my charm it’s the second time the stone falls off and I have to change it. but besides that I love everything about pandora.
