There was a line to get into the store however it was very well organized and went smoothly. The associate at the door was very informative of the promotion that was going on at the moment. Asked if we already had in mind what we wanted to she checked to see if it was available for purchase. As soon as we got to the person that was going to assist us she already had what we wanted :)

I was helped immediately and was offered the Pandora card and cleaning kit and was also suggested a few other things for my daughter which worked out in my favor.

She deserves recognition for her speed, patience, knowledge, genuine authenticity, dedication, and being solely engaged in assisting me from start to finish! I’m getting chills as I type this recalling how amazing I felt! To the tune that I was trying to be a sales associate to other customers while she assisted me I actually engaged another customer and had him add to his purchase!!! Come on now she DESERVES A RAISE! I’m a supervisor in HR for the CEO Brian Moynihan of Bank of America, she’s the type of associate I’d love to steal lol!
