Came into store and was helped immediately. Karina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise too. Super sweet and loved her vibe, even asked if I wanted to do a special order type thing for a ring I’ve been trying to get for a while.

The associate that helped me was super helpful! She gave me some option in rigs that I was looking at. She even recommended a matching necklace and earrings with the ring I got! She was super sweet and patient!!

Alondra was amazing and very helpful. Pandora products are beautiful however I am disappointed in the quality of pandora products and warranty coverage.

I sincerely appreciate Katelyn, the store manager, for taking the time to help me again! She is always smiling, greeting customers and eager to help me on my needs. This is my second visit, and I've bought my second bracelet. I explained Katelyn what I wanted, and she immediately knew the charms to show me and demonstrate on my rose gold bracelet. Katelyn is exceptionally patient, kind, and knowledgeable! Katelyn even went out of her way to inform me that new charms would be coming out soon. So I will undoubtedly return when they are available. Katelyn is the only person I want to assist me. Katelyn made my purchase go very effortlessly. Pandora, please evaluate your employee and offer her a significant raise; she definitely deserves it. Katelyn makes me feel extra special since it’s the store manager assisting and helping me build my bracelet. I can’t wait to build my third bracelet with Katelyn again.
