The lady that helped me was very nice to show me all the bracelet charms. I was able to find the one I wanted. I was also looking for a charm and she told me I could find it in the internet because they didn’t have it.

I have traveled and been to every Pandora in Houston and I think the 30 day Policy should be extend because one store wouldn’t let me exchange however I was just 2days over my 30day to exchange then went to other Pandora and the Store Manager in Baybrook do it for me and I have a Amazing Rose gold bracelet

The sales person that was helping me knew her items and showed me some options based on my interests. She was very nice to me.

I’ve never been inside a Pandora store where all the girls are so eager to help, three different associates helped me design my charm bracelet. Will be shopping at Baybrook location from now on. Such a sweet group.
