First of all Annissia was so patient with me . I couldn't decide what to buy if the rose gold or the silver charms she was very helpful. She makes some choices of some charms to see how the Pandora bracelet will look with the beautiful charms and she give me an idea. She was so nice at all time. I’m very happy with my beautiful charms. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend Pandora.

My overall experience was great! The only reason I had to wait was due to covid protocols and not letting many guests in at once. But my lady was helpful and I LOVE my new charm bracelet and butterfly charm! i will definitely return!!

Came in to buy charms for a new bracelet and fell in love with what she came up with. Hands down Paulina has been my favorite sales person.

We had little to no knowledge on what we were looking for when we came in. We saw a line and were a little overwhelmed with just the thought of standing in line. As we stood in line clueless about what to expect when we walked in, a sales associate approached us while we were in line. She helped clear any questions we had and started our shopping even though we were in line. She made us feel comfortable and was very informative without being pushy.
