Well yesterday was my birthday & I was super excited to go to pandora to get the heart necklace I had seen online. In store it was even prettier than what it was online! I’m so in love with it!

Paulina was amazing she was so kind, asked and understood what my grandma was looking for and she went above and beyond to make sure she loved her purchase and even offered to clean her jewelry when my grandma asked about how to clean her Pandora jewelry (she has a ton!). Paulina was absolutely amazing! We haven’t been out in about in about a year so it was refreshing to get out and have an amazing shopping experience. Thank you Paulina!
