I was highly satisfied because Claudia made it very easy for me to help find a charm bracelet for my sister. She showed me a couple of bracelets that not only help me find what I was looking for, but she used her expertise and her own experience to help me choose the right bracelet. Claudia was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable.

Ashley was really helpful and patient with me while I was deciding what to pick for my bracelet. She was very sweet and made us laugh. Will be back
