Everything was really great everyone had there distant in line but i wasin the line for more than 45mins.couldn’t shop food cause i had to return to work.

Assistance was great and fast. Had so much help deciding what to purchase, and great help looking at charms. Overall, we spent about 10 - 15 minutes being helped, and it was great service.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the employees were kind and helpful although we where in the store for a good while it was worth it.

Alissa was very kind while helping us. We explained we were in there because of the Jareds promotion, where Pandora jewelry was 50% off. We wanted to buy rings, but we wanted to try their sizes first. She helped both me and my husband confirm our ring sizes. One of the rings I wanted from Jared wasn't available in my size, so I did make a purchase in store. I was anxious about going in store to try on rings, since I wasn't sure if we were going to be purchasing anything. Alissa helped me feel at east and answered every question we had. Our experience with her made me confident with my purchase in store and with the Pandora brand rings we bought later that night. I will be on the look out this holiday season for Pandora promos, as we were very pleased today. Thank you Alissa for your great assistance!
