Friendly environment and very helpful

I was sad and upset that some charms were out of stock and bracelets. That was my only issue. The rest was such an amazing experience. I walked in and I was immediately greeted! I was assisted by Yanira and Katelyn both were eager, knowledgeable super friendly and extremely extremely patient. Both assisted me on building my very first charm bracelet. I was so lost and overwhelmed but these two young ladies came to the rescue and gave me a 101 on charms .. spacers .. clips, safety chains, and cleaning kit. Also I was told about pandora credit card promotion and I took advantage! Pandora please please take the time to appraise, applaud congratulate and give them a raise!! these two amazing ladies. I have never had an amazing customer service. I will be returning to the store to start another bracelet and I will personally ask both of these ladies if they were appraised on their extremely hard work. They did not let me leave the store until I was 200% satisfied on my bracelet/charms. Which I walked out happy and excited on all my beautiful charms. I just hope every time I go in I get Yanira and Katelyn! She is the definition of a store manager.
