Sales associate very friendly and helped us select an even better gift for our granddaughter. Just the right amount of general conversation about our day and our lives combined with seeking to be genuinely excited for our grand daughter and our family. Hard to explain but was one of the best sales experiences I have ever had.

Very courteous and helpful employees. Was provided with a book showing variety of products before entering store. Once I entered I knew exactly what I wanted, I was greeted inside and helped right away. Sales lady was knowledgeable and very helpful on my very first purchase of Pandora jewelry.

Stay was amazing

First time in the store to purchase a gift for my mother in law. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and attentive to me. She helped me find the perfect gift and with their current special going on, I myself, got a free tennis bracelet which I am excited to now fill with charms!

The sales associate knew what she was talking about and even went to check for certain items to see if they were in stock. Paulina, I think was her name, she recommended additional products based on pictures I showed her and charms from what I told her I wanted.

I got there right when it opened and although I waited about 10 minutes, it was ok. My sales associate was AMAZING and explained everything.

Went early so hardly any one in the store got service right away pick what I like in and out with no problem

The supply of merchandise was low because of the sale, but the salesperson, Shelby, did everything she could to fullfil my request to my satisfaction. She found display bracelets that had the charms I wanted and took the extra time in removing them.

Great service, associate was great friendly at all times. Great experience.
