I came in shopping for a gift for my sister and was unsure of charms to pick and the manager Paulina helped me pick the perfect charms. She was genuine and spent her time, didn’t feel rushed at all. The store was also following GREAT health and safety procedures, masks and they cleaned everything after being used. Will definitely be back!

I’m always highly satisfied because of the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the store and the prices! Although they didn’t have the charm I wanted the assistant manager personally assisted me and helped me find two new charms that I love.
