The only reason for not being highly satisfied is that, after traveling almost 70 miles and having my husband spend over $200.00, I was unable to receive the free jewelry box offered earlier. I understand that the store was out; however, due to the distance we were unable to make an earlier trip.

I was not able to return bracelet charm because it was over 30 days. The reason why is being that the charm was given as a gift and the gift was given after the 30 days. I feel like since this was a gift the return policy should have been more acceptable to exchange thew gift at the most part. I was very disappointed and thought about leaving and calling corp.

The sale associate was not as inviting to me a a customer. She acted as if she just wanted to make a sale.

absolutely bombarded by sales women. explained multiple times that I just wanted to browse first without answering multiple, almost endless questions. purchased 3 charms but almost left with nothing due to irritating hovering by sales persons

I was looking for a size 10 or 11 in a ring for my daughter & in Rose gold. The selection of those sizes was very poor.

I did not rate my experience as highly satisfied because when I first walked into the store both associates were occupied with other customers. This in itself was not an issue but I was not issued a greeting from either for about 5 min in which I browsed cases by myself. When I was greeted it was very friendly, but like I said I wasn't acknowledged until about 5 min in the store. Also, when I was approached by an associated she mentioned that items I was looking for were in the case I was initially browsing when I first walked in which proved she was aware of my presence, but still waited to greet me. That was my only negative from this experience; it was minor and overall everything well.
