I masked the sales person about some way to keep the charms from sliding off of the bracelet when it was unlatched. At this point I had already selected the charm I was purchasing. She sold me another charm that locks things in place for another $45. When i gave my wife her gift and went to put the charms on the bracelet, the one I had first selected actually threaded onto the bracelet already solving the problem of the charms slipping off. So I wasted $45.

I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone can even assist me. I asked to see another charm but they didn’t have one available she would have to go to another case just to get it. The sales associate did not seem to be interested in my sales.

There were two associates actually helping customers while one stayed behind the register and one just took names, the week before Christmas, the store should be better staffed. Also, a customer complained about waiting so they staff assisted him while many others had been waiting patiently in line and were there long before him, why take down names?

I was interested in purchasing a fairytale tiara ring. After much searching they told me they had what I needed. After getting home I realized it was the princess tiara ring. Tried to exchange at another store that had what I needed & they would not exchange. Said they were independently owned & would not exchange.
