Beautiful merchandise, great and friendly salesperson, wonderful experience!

This is my second visit to this store. On both visits the staff has always been extremely nice and helpful. I brought a friend with me on this visit and I am sure that she will return. I purchased a Pandora bracelet, so I am sure that I will be returning.

The staff welcomed my fiance and I with a warm exciting greeting which automatically made me want to purchase something. A staff member immediately came over and helped me look at different rings all with a smile because I didn't know exactly what type of ring I was going for. I was services the entire visit and felt great about m purchase making me want to come back to that location.

I was looking a new charm. With the help of the salesperson, I selected 3. She helped me place on the bracelet. Very pleased.

Making a purchase for a birthday gift for a friend. Did not know what I wanted but the associate took time to show me various options and kept choices within my price range. Very friendly and helpful.

Given the suggestions by the sales rep, we selected the perfect charm that will be a memory of our 50th anniversary trip in NYC. Beth was very kind and offered to polish my wife's bracelet and also place it in the location desired. Purchase was without any issue but was a true delight.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a specific item for my anniversary which they showed me but also gave me other options of similar charms. I have visited other Pandora stores but this one is by far the friendliest.
