I went to the store with my cousin and her daughter who were visiting Miami from Nicaragua. She has a pandora bracelet and wanted to buy charms. The sales associate, ERIKA was extremely kind, professional, patient with us as we asked her to show us multiple charms. It took us about 30 min looking through the charms and selection and she never made us felt rushed or as an inconvenience. She was also charming.

The Pandora at the Falls is such a joy to shop at!! The girls are so welcoming and helpful! I always have them searching for different pieces and they are are always so eager to help me.

This was my first time in a Pandora store, and as a guy I was truly terrified looking for the right gift for my Fiancee for her birthday. The ladies in the store were magnificent and very patient with me. Martha, Pauline, Victoria, Mariemilia all helped me pick out the perfect gift and saved me from jam. I will definitely will go back with or without my fiancee lol. Great job Ladies and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
