I came to the store looking for a birthday charm for a family member before I walked in the door I was greeted! I love that! The worker Stephanie was very helpful and patient with me while I make up my mind which charm to get. This location (the falls) has always been the BEST in customer service. I will by pass other locations just to get to this one! Pandora Store in the falls Rocks!!!!!
