I purchased a Pandora necklace and 4 charms. Two of the Four charms that I purchased are defective. Two of the charms do not stay in the upright position due to the angle in which the charms were drilled. One is the letter V and the Heart that purchased. I have not had time to return to the store due to my long hours at work. I spent $280 and feel I didn’t get something of QUALITY. I hope this survey gets to someone who cares.

When I first entered the store I was welcomed by the staff. I was immediately attended to by Erica. She explained the process and gave me estimated time of completion for the cleaning of my jewelry.
