The store was very crowded, there was even a line to be helped, however, Elisa (salesperson) made the experience memorable. It was the best service I've ever had at a Pandora store by far. I had an exchange without receipt and not only was it not a problem for her, but she was also extra nice. Congrats to her and the store's manager for great service!

The sales associate was very friendly. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my daughter. All of the sales associates for very friendly, everyone was smiling!

I was highly satisfied because the sale associate was very passion and knowledgeable about the jewelry that was being presented. She showed many pieces and volunteered great ideas.
