I was highly satisfied with the products and displays. However, there were several items of interest that were not available in my size which I found very upsetting. My overall experience was a positive one.

My return at The Falls, Miami, Fl was a breeze and I thank my salesgirl Cristina for all the help received. Was a vast difference from my experience at Southland Mall, Miami, whereby the sales person did not want to exchange my ring size telling me that it is not the policy and lacked customer relations; hence me going to The Falls where I get my usual great service.

The store was closing this day for remodeling. I thought the choices for the safety chain weren't as many as I've seen in the past. Delia, was helpful in choosing what they had remaining in stock.
