Because I love my Pandoras, have 8 bracelets full and a huge amount of rings, I follow every sales they have and my favorite salesperson calls me when a sale is on, I only purchase at Pandora at the Falls and only from Angie, my favorite and very knowledgeable sales person

Was exchanging for a different size and clasp. At first was told, it would cost more to do so because it was a gift, and the buyer had gotten a reduced rate, but then was able to exchange for the one I wanted without any additional cost.
