I visited the store late night to purchase a gift for my aunt. The sales associate Diana was very friendly but took her some time to locate some things and had to ask another employee a few things which led me to believe she is somewhat new. She was super sweet and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive. There was another sales associate on the floor who was assisting a male customer and she didn't seem to care about what she was doing at all and I felt I knew more about Pandora that she did however I didn't catch her name. There were no informative flyers regarding the free bangle bracelet gift with purchase but Diana did mention it to me. This was not a deciding factor in my purchase because I had already planned my gift selection earlier in the week. It's a nice offer however I wish you could have your choice of the bangle bracelet you receive. I feel the phrase "you melt my heart" is somewhat romantic and maybe would have been better for Valentine's day. I don't feel comfortable giving this bangle to someone as a gift and I don't like bangles so I don't plan to keep it.
