I originally came to the store for a problem I have with one of my items that was defect but was unable to get fixed in store. Stephanie C approached me right away to help. Even though I couldn't get my ring exchanged right away or get a store credit, she helped me with information on how to do it by calling pandora. After she showed me some beautiful pieces that I was blown away from then she helped me choose the right selection of charms to go with a pandora necklace and ring! Very satisfied thank you!

Don't remember my associates name right now (I know her name wstarted with a V) but she was awesome! She had lots of patience with me cause my boyfriend was telling me to pick a ring & I was very indecisive. And she helped me a lot when I asked for her opinion. Awesome customer service !!

I walked into store and it was crowded. The clerk failed to greet me and I realized that after she greeted two other customers that walked in soon after. The same clerk realizing knowing who was next could be a problem so she asked us to please form a line and I thought that was intuitive and smart on her part. All customers were promptly attended courteously and no one rushed. Very professional.

Because everyone was willing to give a helping hand everyone was willing to make sure I leave a happy customer.

The sales associate was very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. It is not often I leave a store and feel completely satisfied.
