I went in to purchase a gift and had an "idea" of what I was looking for but was not absolutely certain. The sales associate was extremely helpful and patient!

Great customer service. Emma helped me find the ring I liked, showed me the prices and then called another store to see if they had the merchandise I wanted. Great experience.

The girl that helped me was so Pleasant when I did not find the charm that I wanted, she was so smart to give me other thoughts , that helped me to stay and buy something else.

The associate was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We got there just before closing but we're not hurried. The entire visit was fantastic.

The staff was wonderful. The wait time was minimal. And I loved my new charm.
