I was happy and satisfied. Some little glitches at checkout. Only because I forgot my Pandora Credit Card and assistant was still navigating the system. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This was my first visit at a Pandora store. The service was great but, I personally didn't get blown off my feet. Would I return ? Most definitely. So, for me to say I was not highly satisfied was not to put down anyone but for me to get to know your store.

Upon waiting for assistance someone could at least acknowledge your presence. The staff was not very knowledgeable of the product.

I was not highly satisfied with my visit because the selection was limited. My pandora bracelet is dedicated to my family. I did not find any additional charms for brothers or family that I liked or did not already have.

I didn’t give a highly satisfied because there was nothing done that was extraordinary. The associate assisted me and was very knowledgeable. The service was what was expected from the store and it’s employees.

Had to exchange and the lady gave me a hard time when I had just picked up my order the night before didn't want my money back just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size bracelet this doesn't mean I won't buy from panadora anymore I JUST WONT VISIT the falls store ever again...
