I went to the store for the purpose of cleaning and reorganizing 4 out 6 bracelets I own. Everything went smoothly and the experience was awesome, however, when I checked my bracelets, 1 out 2 new charms I bought at the store last Saturday is broken (Winnie The Pooh) and one of my charms was not relocated in the rose and bracelet I have. I will return tomorrow to the store and correct the situation.

The sales associate appeared to be unconcerned and not inthusiatic about helping me. She was not very friendly ,she didn't offer to show me anything other. than what I asked to see. Overall I was not pleased with the service for the FIRST TIME EVER in all the years I've been shopping there.

The salesperson was cordial but not very friendly. Merchandise was unavailable in the store and ordering wasn't offered.
