both associates that assisted my party were amazing! so friendly, offered alternatives if they didn't have what we were looking for. highly recommend.

Store manager was very rude along with the sales person. I went to exchange a ring that bought two days ago and they said the ring was bend and they could not exchange it that I have to call the place where I bought the ring which I bought on line. I explained to the the store manager that I could be possible that I bent the ring in 2 days.

No bad comments only have a suggestion to please have the store requirements for wearing the mask. Just to prevent it from being exposed to people getting or being sick. From Covid-19. Thank you Sincerely YPerez

there was not an amazing selection of merchandise. i was looking at the book and a lot of the bracelet charms that i wanted to see to purchase were not there in the store

The associate that helped me was nice but seemed uneager to go above and beyond. usually the associates recommend other was to get what I'm looking for if they're not in stock in the store. she did not. I showed her three rings (on m phone) I was interested in and she said "let me jus show you what we have in sock in the size you're looking for. outside of this we don't have in the size you're looking for". typically I would've been asked if i wanted to order it and have sent to me (on top of whatever else i was purchasing). She also didn't recommend anything else to go with what I was looking for which was not helpful because I told her I was shopping for a birthday and Xmas gift. She was more interested in telling me that would surpass my 30 da return policy. Even still I spend $112 dollars. I bit disappointed to say the least. I have definitely experiences better service from the store before.

We came in for an exchange and associate was eager to get us out of the door. She was not nice until she realized we were going to spend money apart from the exchange. They are not eager to help or give quality customer service unless you are spending money.

The employee was very nice and helpful. There was limited selection of the charms I really wanted to buy and would have loved for the store to have them in stock.

I think the associate could have suggested items. I felt like it's only what we were initially interested in and didn't really try to upsell.
