My boyfriend purchased a heart dangle for me two months ago. This was lost after only two wears. I went and purchased another to replace it. I explained to the sales associate what happened. She said the “old” clasp didn’t have the new safety feature. I explained this was only two months ago. If the company new there was an issue with these dangles it should’ve been replaced at no cost. Instead I purchased another. I felt dissatisfied as a customer and probably won’t be returning. I only purchased the new one to replace the sentiment of the old but have no trust in the company’s commitment to its customers.

at the beginning the sales associate that was assigned to help us was a little slow and distracted by things going on around her and we had to wait a bit.

It wasn’t as busy and none of the associates offered me help until Victoria asked me. I was about to leave the store, but she came up to me and asked if I was being helped. She went on to help me fully and satisfactory.

as a hole Pandora is not taking into consideration heavy set people (like myself). the necklaces are way too short! you've discontinued the Essence series and that one had the necklaces that fit heavy set women! very disappointed, almost feeling discriminated against.
