I visited pandora to buy a gift and to clean my bracelet and I was informed by their representative that they no longer clean jewelry on the weekends, only during the week. I explained that I work and commute far from home and I don’t have time to come to the stores during the week. At the end she “ DID ME THE FAVOR” just for this last time. Pandora please stay loyal to your customers!

Muy descontenta por la falta de Mercancía hice 10 selecciones y no había mercancía . Poco surtido y un collar de cuero no se ajusta para ser agrandado así que terminaré regresando para delvolverlo.

The sales associate was not fully aware of the merchandise. She didn’t quite know where to find things, and kept referring to the catalog. She also wasn’t overly friendly
