I love shopping at Pandora but I feel that a lot of the most beautiful charms are so expensive. I wish not every beautiful piece wasn't $70 and more. I would buy so much more if they were a bit more affordable.

Some merchandise was not available in my size. I also wanted to go with a multi ring stack look and wish there was a visual with looks to get ideas. Overall, the associate was very helpful and tried her best to satisfy my needs.

The customers service person was not knowledgeable of the item that was requested. She quickly said replied with an answer No when asked to see the bangle bracelet containing a heart as the closure. Upon insisting Pandora had such a bracelet (as I purchased one 2 months ago in another pandora store) reluctantly asked another sales person and indeed Pandora did have the item i requested.

Limited selection of items. Also, extended wait to be helped. There is no clear direction as to where to wait for help upon entering the store.

Long line and during the sale they had sheets of paper of the items on sale. It would have helped make things mover quicker if they had crossed out items no longer available then have the associate keep saying “we don’t have that”

I had to wait more than 10 min to be assisted and they were 2 or more workers available
