The store is So compact that it makes walking around difficult. Its so hard hard to not bumo into someone and if i had a wheelchair i would assume near impossible mobility inside.

Didn’t have the size of the ring I was looking for

I had an overall good experience at the store, I was looking for necklaces and didn't see the entire stock until I was leaving the store and already paid for my merchandise.... Also I received only one box for the two items I bought... I thought every item came in separate boxes...

I want to be able to apply for credit with Pandora without having to relinquish my credit cards for a salesperson to take it out of my sight, when I applied before and my card was compromised, so I am not willing to go that route agin. Please come up with a better system or allow for online credit approval.

I had a coupon for 20% off my purchase of $120 or more. I bought two charms valued at $150.00 total while the free ring/earring promotion when you spend $100+ was also also running. I was told that I couldn’t get the free ring and use the 20% coupon-it was either the free ring or the coupon. Felt slightly disappointed since I’ve purchased so much from Pandora since July of this year.

There were 2 other beads I was looking for that the store did not have so I had to settle on the one that I purchased

Although the jewelry is very pretty and somewhat original, the prices for what you're actually purchasing is ridiculous. $50- $75 for a single silver bead? I've purchased entire sterling silver bracelets and necklaces for less. It really doesn't make sense to spend $700-$1,000 for a bracket with 10 beads. I originally purchased them as gifts and now purchase a bead for their birthdays. I feel like I'm giving the person nothing, although it's a $75 gift! I feel Pandora will be a passing fad, unless the prices are at least cut in half.

Staff in the past have looked past me once before I guess because I was a person of color.
