I purchased a single item online to be picked up and a few in-store. The in-store service was quick and easy, but the pick-up service was confusing and slow. I arrived to the Falls establishment and eventhough I ordered hours ahead, the one charm that I ordered was not ready nor did the employees receive my order. Even with my online receipt, I was not able to be assisted. Mind you, I was one charm that could have just been bagged and handed to me with in minutes, but I was sent away.

Sales people can sell more items to Custumer if they gonna show real items which they have at the store, not a catalog and then says, we don't have it choice other all the time.

The associate at the door was very friendly, however the sales associate I had inside was very dry. I asked a question about the selection of bracelet color because she never asked which one I wanted. She didn't tell me the color I wanted wasn't available until I asked and she had already gotten the silver. After my purchase she didn't say thank you or happy holidays, very unwelcoming!

Having to wait to receive what I bought for a long time. When you pay 80.00 for something you want a box. The merchandise was in and envelope and in the bag we thought we left the store with an empty bag

No me encontre muy satisfecha pues el accesorio que buscaba no se encontraba en la tienda, después el que elegí como segunda opción no había mi sise y deberían habérmelo mandado a pedir online o darme la opción de buscarlo en otra tienda.
