Sales associates were not friendly and did not approach or greet me when I entered. I had to get their attention after waiting a while. I had questions about the merchandise and the sales associate seemed annoyed to answer them. Will not be returning to this location if possible.

From the moment I walked into the store I was not greeted. The sales associates looked at me as if I wasn't there to purchase anything at all. However the only associate that was helpful made me feel welcomed and attended to my needs.

Well i purchased i good amount of money there (over$ 250) BUT your employee did not want to look for my coupon (birthday money) was dissapointed but i bought a lot maybe because it was my birthday......

I did not feel valued as a customer because the associates were giving their attention to other customers even though I had arrived first. I dealt with to assistant managers. It was not until I told them that they needed to assist me that they helped but then they began speaking in Spanish to each other. How RUDE?!

My online order was canceled. When I arrived at the store the merchandise was available. When I spoke to the associate and manager they just claimed "It's the holidays" that is NO excuse.

im from colombia and found the pandora on the falls mall, the woman was like dont care if i bought or no... and the i ask if have the gold and silver bracelets, and she say dont have, but she just check a couple of minutes, dont give me another option. so i bought the silver one, but my mom was sad. ( was her christmas present) so.. so sorry to can bought what she wants.

As I entered the Store, i was acknowledged, but wasn't helped right away. I was the only Customer in there at the time. After a few minutes a other customer comes in and was acknowledged and helped instantly, as i stood there still waiting to get helped. I did get helped, but not as quickly as the other customer whole walked in after me, i had felt, invisible, which is a feeling i did not enjoy.

I received a gift with no receipt since it was a gift. Prior to going to the store I called and told them I had no receipt they said no problem I can exchange. When I got to the store they did not want to honor that exchange and although the salesperson was very nice and helpful the manager at the time was relating information through her when she could have been professional and told me herself since I was the only customer at the time. They finally exchange the items but the manager was not friendly about it at all. Needless to say I will never shop at this Pandora or probably any other Pandora again!

My last 3 visits the sales person seems not friendly at all. Like someone is bothering them. Or they don't think I am going to spend money because I'm not dressed to kill. I usually come from work, but that shouldn't matter. They are borderline rude.
