Sales person was not knowledgable at all with exchanging/replacing the merchandise until we addressed the situation to the supervisor. The attention was slow and the sales person seemed like she didn't even want to work that day. The merchandise was scarce. Over all was not pleasant.

The greeter had to ask the employee to help me. When the employee helped me she did not go with me to the register and show me the item before wrapping it for a gift. The transaction was made by a different person than the person who helped me with the merchandise (store was empty). Was not asked if it was gift either, I had to say it and ask For a gift receipt. Did not see good customer service, for the price of the merchandise.

The sales associate was very non-friendly and not helpful in anyway. She promised us we would get a Disney bag for free if we spent over 125. But as soon as we paid and got our stuff and realized she forgot the Disney bag, she informed us that we had to spend 125 in Disney products in total. Her lack of not letting know this before and making us expect something that wasn’t going to happen. Even after we spent over $200 in store. We felt so unhappy because she was so inexperienced in the products in the store. At one point we felt like leaving. She needs serious retraining. Also the rest of the employees were just chatting with each other.

We came in for birthday charms and engagement charms, sales associate informed me that all happy birthday charms were sold out. When it came to the engagement charms the sales associate was not well versed in the products and offered me wedding and anniversary charms. When I asked to see Disney charms she pulled out random charms one by one as opposed to just showing me the full selection first. She then offered to look at the book vs just showing me the selection. I came in wanting to purchase a couple of charms and left with a safety chain. Sales associate was polite however overall I was left highly dissatisfied with the overall transaction considering the store only had one or two other clients.

Second time I had to return a product because one of the stones fell out. The sales associate was nice enough however she wanted to put my name on a list - never to be called...it happened before. Finally the sales associate recommended calling another store. It would take a week. It actually took 3 days. The person who called me to tell me that the ring was in the store told me I had 48hrs to exchange...not nice.

The rep that attended my husband and I was completely disconnected. We attempted to ask for suggestions and she would not make eye contact or engage. I will not be going back to this location.

Bought some merchandise for my daughter's birthday and brought her bracelet to be cleaned. When I brought her back to her the main lock was loose and the charms looked doll so we brought it back and the manager said that they couldnt do anything, that we had to call the headquarters or bring it to a jewelry store they knew to get the lock repaired and polished. We left the store at The Falls very unhappy. Yesterday my daughter called headquarters and they were sending a shipping label to send the bracelet back. I believe the stores should have a policy to satisfy the client. They could have offered a different lock but it was a definite no. I am looking at other alternatives but this store won't see us again.

The sales associate treated me like I was going to steal the merchandise. I was buying a charm for my daughter. She asked my daughter to see her bracelet. Then she showed us the charms by putting the tray under the glass. I’ve been to that location before and the tray was removed and we were shown the merchandise on the glass. To top it off, she wanted to put the charm on my daughter’s bracelet without wrapping it and putting it in a Pandora bag. The height of disrespect in my opinion. I told her my daughter wasn’t wearing the charm out of the store, to put it in the appropriate wrapping to leave the store. I was very insulted and would never return to Pandora at the Falls. All customers should be treated the same whether they sown $40 or $4000. I will buy the merchandise on line going forward.

The problem was the sales associate. On the receipt her name is Isabella. She’s young, inexperienced. I felt like she was of very little help. She wasn’t inquisitive about the person I was buying for. She made no suggestions. The store is overwhelming as far as merchandise scattered here and there with no structure. Bracelets here. Bracelets there. Necklaces here, necklaces there. She is not a good sales person. Too young. I understand young may be cheaper but they are hurting your sales. Hire a more mature person with experience and it’ll be a different experience. For example- I went to Bloomingdales afterwards. I was buying perfume. I found a 40-ish sales associate who focused only on me; who went testing many perfumes until I said bingo,; who asked about the person I was buying for and who really wanted it to be the perfect gift. Isabella couldn’t care less. These young ( not all) people are not what they used to be. No pride in their work. She was not very verbal and would just stare at me like I was the sales person waiting on her. It was weird. You really need to focus on this issue. Young= inexperienced. Your sales will go up with mature people in the mix.

The store wasn't very crowded which was nice, however, the sales clerk was not very friendly and did not offer to clean my jewelry or put my new charm on my bracelet - this has always been offered to me in the past. The inventory was very low which is understandable after the holiday. Another customer came in asking about reducing a chain on a necklace she purchased from Pandora and my sales clerk sent her to another jewelry store.
