I have been a good customer of pandora for many years both in the US and in other countries. And for the first time I was treated like a criminal. The saleswoman at The Falls Mall hid the pieces I wanted to buy fearing that I would steal them. It was the worst shopping experience I had in my entire life. I am a successful, beautiful and educated woman. I am 51 years old.

La sales associate muy amable y profesional ,pero Lamanager Diana no deben tenerla en esa posicion .muy desagradable no tiene idea de lo que es customer services .sacó de un tirón a la señora que nos ayudaba segun ella buscando algo en los gavinetes de abajo pero nunca prestando atencion a que su asociada tenia clientes .de verdad que fué muy desagradable la situacion por lo menos para mi que trabajo con clientes y nunca aria algo así.grasias

Was trying to order charms on the web but was out of stock so I went to the Falls location in Miami FL. First someone steeped in dog poo and it was on the floor. Second the store is way too small. Third it took forever to pay. Fourth the salesperson took forever finding the charms I showed her and brought back the wrong ones after about 20 minutes. Finally I asked if I could use my 10% off coupon that I could not use online because every charm that my partner wanted was out of stock online. The sales associate who was a assistant manager could not give me a yes or no untill she asked another employee by taking my phone over to her to show her my email coupon.....

I chose a bracelet from the showcase that had the price of $ 75 and when I paid I was charged $ 90. The seller told me what a pity it was that the prices were wrong in the showcase and showed me the catalog ..... this is not professional in a store as Pandora's prestige, the answer was not enough for me since she herself went and checked and immediately changed the price tag to the catalog one.She should have charged me the value that was placed in front of the bracelet.

When I arrived, I asked Francesca to assist me with viewing the sale items. This is the only Pandora I've been too where they won't let you see the items without first picking them out from a printed a sheet of paper with pictures of the items. On the one hand she told me that most of the sale items were gone which would make me think that there shouldn't be that many items to show me. I asked for a manager, the manager was just as unhelpful as Francesca and a bit rude. She said the sale items aren't separated from regular price items so there is no way to show me everything. This is quite absurd. Luckily a sales associate Erika, could see my frustration, intervened and happily showed me the charms available. I will not be returning to this store.

Thisbpandora store was horrible.. it was Christmas weekend I understand but the way the employees approached the customers was so horrible.. these young girls did not feel like doing their job at all and gave an excuse as to why they couldn’t show you a certain charm or necklace.. (the area is too crowded, I don’t think that’s available, etc) they wouldn’t even check to see if they had it in stock.. if it seemed like they had to walk a few steps they’d rather just say it wasn’t available and I had this problem with 2 of the girls working in the middle booth.. other than that everything was good and the supervisor was really really nice.. too bad I spoke with her at the end of my purchase otherwise I would’ve told her to help me out.
