At first I had to wait to be attended to, when usually someone is there to help as soon as I walk into the store. It is a Sunday so the mall is busy, so I understand. They sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained what I’d like to purchase. She helped me pick a size for the gift and gave her opinion/ advice.

They assured me right away. The associate was very nice. The store was very clean and organized.

And yesterday I went to clean my sisters bracelet at 6:28 and the lady there very nice. She cleaned it and looks like new love all the stores

I was greeted with kindness and respect upon entry. The person assist me was patient and knowledgeable. The item I wanted was not in the store but she contacted another location, so I was able to purchase the item. The location is always clean.
