Melanie was very helpful. She gave me wonderful customer service and i loved all of the attention she gave me. It really made the shopping experience a whole lot better, i will be definitely be coming back yo visit her. I also applied for the pandora credit card because melanie informed me of all of the benefits. The customer service was astounding.

Very happy with the customer service here. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was eager and helped me pick out the correct clips and safety chain. I will recommend this pandora store to my friends and family and will be returning soon.

The staff is very patience and friendly in showing the jewelry to costumers in the meantime they clean your jewelry from pandora that's a must!!

Vanya and Martha where absolutely caring and understanding about the type of charms that I was looking for in my visit. Vanya took her time with me and told me about all the offers that where going on with the store and if she couldn’t find a charm I was asking for specifically, Martha helped out with placing the special order. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will be returning to this specific Pandora store as I really appreciated their time with me.
