Great customer service/ very knowledgeable

I was blown away by the ease of shopping here even during this pandemic. The store staff seems to have gone through great lengths to make everything as seamless as possible all the while adhering to all local safety regulations. Everyone was very nice very friendly from start to finish, and very patient as well.

At first the product I was looking for wasn’t found, but then it was located in a display case and I was able to purchase it. The representative that helped me, Stephanie, was really friendly and provided great costumer service.

Martha, the manager was very accommodating with helping me. She was attentive to my concerns regarding shopping and the pandemic precautions. Very pleasant and most helpful

Cierra the salesgirl was very efficient . Also Martha has always been available for me even when she is very busy.

The service was excellent! The sales representative was very knowledgeable and she took her time to help me with what I was looking for specifically. Everything was pretty quick and they really develop relationships with you.

Diana was very helpful in helping me choose a bracelet and charms for my niece. She showed me multiple items and urged me to try on some of them. She even went ahead and tried them on herself so that I would have an idea of what size would be best for my niece. She showed amazing customer service and I felt very good making my purchase with her. I will be definitely coming back.

Melanie was very helpful in helping me find earrings and rings that would complement me and what i was looking for. The customer service was wonderful and after trying the rings on I decided on the one that she recommended. I loved the service and I will be coming back for her help.
