I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge the associate had when it came to the products, the overall friendliness of the staff was great!

The staff at the store in the Falls is very kind and helpful. We initially visited the store with an exchange, and we're treated so nicely ... This is usually not the case when you are returning an item. Because of the way we were treated, we purchased additional charms.

They were super nice and they found me one of the charm I want from another store to pick it up there the day after. I was super happy about it. 👍🏻😊

The sale associate had a language barrier, the cashier was a bit rude. She would not let me ask A question. I was not help in a friendly Mather.

I love this location store is always clean the girls know me and greet me with happiness I love my time at pandora and it is not very crowded ever!
