I went in looking for clips for my bracelet but was unsure which to get. The associate was very friendly and helpful. Not only did she help me choose the clips but also helped me pick out a chain for a gift I had to buy. On top of that she offered a cleaning which was very needed. very pleased with the experience.

I loved the Christmas song when I came in, really put me in that season feeling. Victoria was quick and new exactly what I wanted, she was also very nice and always had a smile.
