Came on My b day for a cleaning on bracelet/charms that was a gift last year.My Husband decided to surprise Me with letting Me choose 4 new charms to add to my bracelet.I love my pieces Victoria the sales rep was so patient and very pleasant helping Us.

The sales associate Marie at the Falls Pandora store aided immeasurably in improving my shopping experience at Pandora. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Marie reflect great credit upon herself and the Pandora organization. One does not see this today in any customer service.
