We were greeted by salesperson Jonell upon entry. She gave us plenty of space to browse whilst being attentive to our needs. She recommended beautiful merchandise and gave many options. She also recommended things she personally wore and what she liked about those items.

When I first walked in I was a little overwhelmed with how packed it was. Every associate was already with someone. To my surprise that didn’t stop these friendly girls from making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They asked if I had anything in particular in mind that I was looking for i expressed my taste and I. Less than 10 min we found the perfect necklace for me. As I was about to leave my mom mentioned she really like a certain ring. So the associate asked if she wanted to try it on sadly it did not fit. Her ring finger is a 4.5 a little disappointed she said it was ok and she didn’t expect for pandora to have her size as it’s not as common. The sales lady said she was going to double check the system just to make sure. She found one!!! She quickly checked the store floor again for it and she rang us up! My mom and I were so happy and impressed with the service there. This is why pandora will always be my go to store for beautiful jewelry and beautiful service!!! Great job ladies!!!!
