The wait was shorter then I instantiated. Pick up was easy and while in the store I purchased 2 charms even with the low inventory due to the holidays and sale. I am looking forward to see what new inventory will come in for the new year.

The sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. I received not only the item I wanted but a second one as well. The price was ok but I still would buy more.

Although I waited in a long line it’s moved quite fast. The salesman was very helpful and charismatic. He guided me through some great ideas but also didn’t push over my likings. Will be back thank you !

Sarah was the lady who helped me shop for a bracelet. She had a superb knowledge of all the charms and helped me compile a beautiful bracelet. She let me know about saving 10 percent if I applied for a card I will definitely shop here again.

Sarah went above and beyond to answer my many questions and ensure my gift buying needs were met. I also went in with my girlfriend who is transgender. Sarah made a point to make us both feel welcomed, and Sarah used appropriate pronouns for my friend. It was a perfect experience.
