ESPERANZA WAS VERY HELPFUL, DURING OUR VISIT SHE ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO GET HELP GET US EXACTLY WHAT WE CAME FOR. SHE ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY SHOWING US THE LITTLE EXTRA THINGS WE SHOULD BUY TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF OUR BRACELET.
