The associate greeted me as I waited outside of door and asked what I needed. As soon as I said Harry Potter she guided me right to where the items were. Immediately she let me know which ones were in stock and those that weren't. What made my selection easier was knowing that she could pull up the past items I purchased prior so I wouldn't buy the same thing twice.

I went in the store looking to purchase at least 2 more charms. Megan helped me figure out which ones to buy and how to organize them.

I went in to have my bracelet clean and it was none with no wait. I brought another bracelet while I was getting the other one cleaned. I enjoyed my visit very well.
