It was Black Friday and fairly busy, however the sales team was ready. They had a sign-in sheet and gave each person the attention they needed, and took time with each as needed. I am very impressed with the staff and their customer service. Job well done.

Davon was very very friendly and really knew the pandora line of products. Darvon made me feel welcomed and willing to help meDarvon in my purchase was one of 3 purchases in our family and she separated them with ease.

Davon assisted us with our sale. My daughter had previously been fitted with a bracelet, well over a year ago, which was too small to hold very many charms. Davon took the time to put her charms on two different sizes to make sure that she was pleased with her bracelet. The store was busy with your sale, but she stayed focused on us. She took her time and the purchase was a very pleasant experience.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I found everything I was looking for and more.

Although this particular store did not have the charms I wanted, the salesperson was very nice and patient while I looked at several charms,, which I found the perfect one.

My issue was resolved immediately and the sales associate was very patient and kind with my problem
