I did not physically visit the store - this was a phone transaction and Davina and Melissa were wonderful, going above and beyond, helping me to select my collector charm!

I’m a regular and always a great experience. My only “complaint” would be the availability of new items. I had to go to Jared to complete my purchase as this store did not have some stock.

The staff was very helpful and patient. As other customers started to come into the store, she told them they would be helped shortly, but continued to give me 100% of her attention. When I changed my size at the last minute, she was still polite and patient. While I don't live in Albuquerque, I will continue to travel to the store rather than purchasing on-line.
