Every time I go to the Pandora store I'm always welcomed and helped right away.

The sales associate, Davon, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to pull various trays and show me all the available options. She gave me her opinion as to what she thought would look best with my bracelet. She was also very helpful in helping me select the free gift showing me which items qualified and found the appropriate size. She created an account for me and registered my recent purchases. She also took the time to explain proper care and what to avoid to ensure my items last. I was very pleased with my visit.

Davina the general manager at this store was very helpful! She took the time to show me many different items and even showed me how different items would look together before I decided to buy them. She offered suggestions for a few specific pieces that I was looking for and was very creative in her thinking. This was probably the BEST service I have ever received in a Pandora store!
