First of all the store is very clean, neat and organize . The associates are very knowledgeable about pandora and have great idea for recommendations also they are very accommodating and friend. And give me ideas for future purchases and theme for my charms and also jewelries .

Great service great sales associates

Sara went out of her way. I purchased the tree of life bracelet, however, the store did not have my size. So Sara said not a problem will order in correct one and I can bring charms back and they will put on new bracelet. She was simply amazing!

Sara was very helpful and apologetic with the limited number of bracelet spacers available. She suggested another alternative-clips which I bought.

The reason as to why I was satisfied is because I wasn’t sure what kind of gift I should get for my girlfriend then when I walked into Pandora I was offered a variety of gifts. The customer service was also awesome. I ended up buying a promise ring. The ladies were very attentive.

The sales associate, Hannah, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got the charms I wanted, including one I had been waiting for as it had been on back order. The store is bright, inviting, and fun to browse.
